We are committed to providing high-quality sleep products and a smooth customer experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your pillow to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition received

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your pillow arrives badly damaged, you are eligible for:

A full refund, or

A replacement

If your item is partially damaged, we may offer:

A partial refund, or

A replacement

(Minor issues such as slight wrinkles, minor scratches, or packaging wear are not considered damage.)

Important Notes:

For fragile items like pillows, refunds may be prioritized over returns

Damage to outer packaging alone does not qualify for a refund

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

You simply changed your mind or no longer want the product

Incorrect item or variant was ordered by the customer

Incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout

Product differences that were clearly stated or agreed upon beforehand

Minor differences such as color, smell or slight variations

Tracking shows the item was successfully delivered

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Delayed Orders
If your order is still in transit, please allow sufficient time for delivery before requesting support. Orders are considered delayed only after extended shipping periods.

Undelivered Packages
If a package is not received, customers may be required to provide official confirmation from the local post office.

If tracking shows delivery issues such as:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Failure to pick up the package

Refused delivery

Customs clearance issues

You are responsible for contacting your local courier or post office.

Packages may be held for pickup or returned if not claimed. We are not responsible for packages lost due to:

Unclaimed deliveries

Incorrect address details

Failure to complete customs requirements

Important Delivery Notes

Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times before holding packages

Some regions may require pickup from local facilities

If a package is returned or destroyed due to delivery issues, refunds or reshipments may not be provided

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still be:

In original packaging

With proof of purchase

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
