All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–11 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as customs delays, carrier issues, or high demand periods.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. SereneSleep is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SereneSleep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
